The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The air conditioning worked efficiently, keeping our room cool during the hot weather. We appreciated the hotel’s location in a shopping mall, which made accessing various amenities and ATMs super convenient.

Finding the entrance from the parking structure is quite a maze!!! Maybe proper signage could save guests from wandering aimlessly. Also, the towels could use an upgrade, as the current ones feel quite worn out.

The location is ideal, situated right next to a large mall and within a short walk to the Malecon. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and a big screen TV. Staff members were professional and ready to help with luggage and facility tours. The rooftop hot tub made for a stunning view, especially during the evening. However, be aware that the lobby is not on the ground floor, and the pillows could use some improvement as they felt slightly worn.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, a fitness center, a rooftop pool, and friendly staff. I remember how they helped me with a local taxi on my first stay. I’m coming back for a business trip!

I enjoyed my stay at Fiesta Inn. The staff provided excellent service, and the location near the shopping mall was convenient. However, the towels felt a bit old. Overall, a solid choice for my time in Cancun!
